Tenity Innovation Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) is responsible for processing your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
We may process your Personal Data for the following purposes:
1. Application & Program Participation Data – names, education, qualifications, work experience, skills, place of project development, and any other information you choose to include in your application or documentation (e.g., diplomas, certificates, videos, pictures).
2. Contact & Communication Data – email address, phone number, Skype ID, LinkedIn to keep in touch with you and provide feedback, support, news, and notifications.
Retention: We keep your data for up to ten (10) years, unless otherwise required by law.
METHOD OF COLLECTION
We do not use any Personal Data unless voluntarily provided by you. Candidates must not submit third-party Personal Data without proper authorization.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Your Personal Data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized persons. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
SUBPROCESSORS
We may engage selected third-party processors (e.g., Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Gust, Typeform, Google). Transfers outside the EU/UK are safeguarded via EU SCCs or UK Addendum.
INFORMATION WE SHARE
Visa sponsors the Program and may be involved in selection of participants. Information shared with Visa is generally non-personally identifiable and handled according to Visa’s global privacy notice.
We do not share Personal Data except: (1) at your instruction (e.g., mentors, partners, investors), (2) to subprocessors, or (3) for legal reasons.
We do not sell your Personal Data.
MINORS
The program is only for persons aged 18 and over.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under GDPR/UK GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or transfer your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
